Location of the Hotel is privilage for those travelling long distance and needed to spend some time between flights. You can join fantastic tours with "Great Amsterdam" from there if you have time between flights.
Funny design of the room was somesthing unexpected but actually it was nice.
Location inside Schiphol (Amsterdam) airport
Lack of hair dryer, height of shower head was low
Surpisingly comfortable, convenient location but a bit hard to find in the airport. Adequate accommodation for a one night stay.
The light over the bed was not strong enough to read by.
This hotel is very clean & convenient if you have an overnight layover and need to catch a morning flight. Tiny space (about 6'x8' plus bath area) but it does the job. Secured Wifi & digital TV are included. You do not need to go thru customs after arrival if you only have carried on luggage. I was wondering where the chair was, then I noticed it was hanging on the back of the door. Nice, compact design. There are plenty of eating places but beware most of them are closed by around 9/10pm, but you can have breakfasts easily. Reception staff was helpful.
Very tight space for 60 euros.
The hotel location is great for someone who really needs to grab some shut eye before flying out, but it is just as easy to stay in Amsterdam and take the train out in the morning.
Convenience, clean, unique
The room was very stuffy. Could not get the temp to a comfortable temperature.
The room was entirely adequate.
If flying out in the morning, do not arrive at the airport after 11:15 P.M.! The airport was deserted, and there was no one to let me through customs to get into the hotel. After an hour of wandering around, I got the police to send up some people to customs, but they were resentful and gave me an awful time, at first refusing categorically to let me through because I had no paper boarding pass (which I couldn't get because everyone in the airport had gone home). Also, I thought I had outsmarted the Yotel by bringing only carry-on luggage, but even if you do this you still have to go through security a second time in the morning. The negative reviews on Booked.net are accurate -- don't make my mistake and assume it won't happen to you.
tv wasn't working and bath mats would be nice.
Good location for people who have to get a plane early or have only meetings at the airport and fly back the next day.
The temperature in the room was much too high.
I stayed out of curiosity but must admit I found the room very comfortable.
The room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable for the size. Great fluffy pillows too! (Keep in mind that these cube-like "rooms" are very very small.) This is the perfect place for someone who has a long lay-over or whose flight gets in very late. It was also the least expensive hotel room I could find on short notice, so good value.
You have to go through customs to get in and out of the hotel if you are not already in the Departure hall. (I had an early morning flight, so couldn't check in the night before.) There was no remote control for my television and the staff do not respond very quickly, as there may only be one person on at a time. Make sure to keep bags clear of the shower area. There is a lot of spray from the small bathroom in the rest of the space.
It's price and location.
Although I liked it was in the airport, I wish it was outside of customs, in the airport. It was a little bit of a pain to get in and out since I had to check in bags in the morning. Luckily I had read reviews beforehand that had warned me of this so I allowed plenty of time and didn't miss my flight. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in in my life and If you have more than one bag you will not be able to see the floor. If you get claustrophobic, do not stay here!
Poorly thought out location, we arrived late and were not due to fly until the next mid morning. Most of the facilities in the airport were closed or closing. We had to come in through departures and go back out through arrivals just to get a sandwich. We had to wait for security to escort us back through departures to get to our beds and then had to go back through arrivals to check in as online checking in is no longer available with most airlines.
excellent the rooms where very quiet and comfortable.easy of acess was good the only issue was we needed a paper copy of the reservation but found a printer for it .
